yes u can. U need two things
1. Bank in India preferably with a branch in China. Having a branch is not necessary. Any majot bank will be able to do, say SBI or ICICI bank.
2. Account number and other bank details (bank name, branch, address) where the money will be finally transfered to, individual or corporate. This person will also need to give you wire transfer number/swift code of his bank in India.

Almost every bank can send wires. You'll need the SWIFT code or routing number, name of the other person's bank, their account number, and the title on the account. International wires cost a little more, but it only takes a couple of days for the beneficiary to receive the funds and it's much more secure.
