Which UK Banks do NOT use Overseas Call Centers? First Direct I think they all use them. NatWest has some UK call centres though, and I've always got through to them when I've called natwest i believe And Lloyds-tsb (if you have a platinum account, lucky me) the debt people,childline,bum chum direct and "Dont be Silly Willy Billy" NatWest - they are all in this country. halifax bank of scotland call centers in belfast , cardiff etc |
