Which body should an application for a banking licence in England be made to? There will be requirements from the Bank of England and the FSA also. you would need a Consumer credit licence from the Office of Fair Trading, information here, http://www.oft.gov.uk/business/licence/d... Isn't it Bank of England? The bank is based in Princes street London, very close from Bank tube station. I used to work in the city once upon a time you see... i miss it! |
