Does anyone know how long Ireland have had these Laser bank cards and if they have them in Lanzarote? They have been in use now for many years.They can be used Worldwide in any ATM machine provided you have a PIN number. I used mine in Egypt this year. what? explain! a laser card is a debit card, like switch in the UK. I'm sure spannish banks have debit cards, but if you want to know can you use them, well I'm sure you can use an ATM with them, but i don't think they'll be accepted for card transactions ,you'll need a credit card for that You mean the cards with the chips? Yes, they are becoming more and more regular all over Europe. I just found out using them and a pin number will become mandatory here (Finland) in January. |
