How to encash an Ireland bank draft favouring me?


I am an Indian citizen and I received a bank draft drawn on an Ireland bank favouring me.The value of the draft is 10 million euros.
What are the rules and regulations governing the encashment of this bank draft. I have only a savings bank account.

Before you do anything you better take that to the local police/bank to verify that it isn't a counterfit; Sounds like an internet scam
deposit the check.
If the amount was genuinely due to you and you have received it just deposit it in your Bank Account.

All you need to take care is that you pay all the requisite taxes in time as it would treated as your income
I just feel this is a scam. How much did you spend to get this check
