Will a Toronto Post office refund a postal order which my Bank in Ireland will not process?


Postal Order apparently 'International' and my Bank has returned Postal Order, drawn in Mississagua, to me - I want sender to get their money back - value 拢50 sterling- my daughter sent me this Order for my birthday

You can call and get the answer from the "horse's mouth", so to speak.
