What bank don't use chex system in NYC Because it involves freezing your accounts, and not just writing back checks, you will be hard pressed to find someone. Even if he does, his SSN (Social Security Number) has been flagged, and any account that gets opened will have the same result. His only option is to use a check cashing business, and use money orders until this gets straightened out. |
