What is the best air miles credit card to get?

I want one that has no black out dates, that I can use on any airline. Thanks!

The Starwood Preferred Guest card from American Express is often considered the best card for air travel points. You earn points on the card, which are then transferable to any airline's frequent flier program. For some airlines, when you transfer 20,000 points, they add a 5000 point bonus. It also has a relatively low annual fee.
