I've had to file bankruptcy in the past and its been discharged.How hard is it going to be to get credit?How will I get funds to get this off the ground?Any ideas.I have some awsome ideas... I'd say your first step is to go to a bank and find out...cause we can give you all the advice in the world, but it is the bank that has the final say. They had no ideas on marketing or cash flow to do so. If BK is still showing up on your credit for 10 years from discharge date, don't waste your gas going to the bank. Get a backer w/money to start your business. Cut them in on the profit. Don't hock your house w/a HELOC loan only to go into foreclousure if it fails. OK? lign="right" > Sign in to vote!
