How do i get my business set up to do credit checks on customers? Just run a D&B report on them (Dunn & Bradstreet). It costs $29.99. Most companies use D&B to determine credit. You can check them out at http://www.dnb.com/us/ best that you go to your local credit bureau and ask for their service and the price for their checks----there may be more than one credit bureau in your area...look for the best for what you need.....Wally join a credit bureau and then you can run credit checks, and you can also have them collect funds that customers have not paid you... it is very in-expensive, do it locally with one of the reporting agencies, equifax, etc. you can do it on line, the agency will hook you up with the software even. Check with the bureau that services your area. Get their costs to set up your account, monthly minimums, cost per report, etc. If the above costs do not warrant you getting an account directly with a bureau, buy from a reseller. I resell reports for Equifax. |
