I have bad credit, if I open a business S-Corp, can my creditors sue for access to company funds checking?


I open a new business in S-Corporation and have $25,000 in funds in the company checking, can a creditor who I owe personally sue me and force me to pay with my company funds. I know they can garnish wages, but can they do anything else. Thank you for your help.

im thinking of a number between 400 - 800. It happens to be 720 and its my credit score! yea!
