You want to think long and hard before changing to an LLC. Every client that I have who has done so has had nothing but problems and received no benefit.
The answer is no.

This is text from Pub 1635, understanding your EIN:

NOTE: If you are sole proprietor who conducts business as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), you do not need a separate EIN for the LLC. Report the business activities of the LLC on your Form 1040 using a schedule C, Schedule C-EZ or Schedule F. If you make an election to be taxed as a different entity, Partnership or Corporation, you will need a new EIN.
