I noticed that alot of Arabs open business's. Do the feds or local gover allow them low int loans or tax bks? |
There are more and more corner stores being opened by middle eastern immigrants, does the us government assist them in any way? They get no more breaks than you or I do. What *is* different is their attitude towards making a buck. Most people wait for someone else to give 'em a job; this means setbacks whenever jobs aren't available. A person who understands finance and economics creates his or her own job. If you get training and licensed, you become a doctor or accountant and open your own practice. If you're uneducated or unlicensed, you open a store. Folks who are taught the essence of economics from a young age are often the product of the Merchant Classes. In the West, the Merchant Class eventually begat the modern Middle Class, so we have little experience of it as a separate class from the employed Middle Class. But the Merchant Classes are still alive and thriving in the third world, so it's not unsurprising that lots of immigrants will aspire to mercantile activities when they move to the West. They get no special breaks. Just trying to live the American Dream. |
