*Loan,banking and credit>>>car tax

If the gov't started taxing you per mile instead of per gallon would you still want an efficient car?

Also, if all cars were lowjacked with GPS, would that be a violation of our right to privacy since the gov't it using it to track our behaviour?

I would relocate that low jack to the bottom of a lake.

But I would still like to have a more fuel efficient car.

This is wrong in so many ways.
What about farmers that drive all over their private property.
This is supposed to be a road use tax.
That would defeat the purpose of driving a fuel-efficient car. There would be no point to buying one whatsoever.
no, not gonna happen, the vampires would loose $$$. per gal. is more efficient for them.they do not give a sh*it where you go as long as they grab your $$.
you bet ye, I'd disconnect the odo meter though.
"Wanting you (Fuel efficient iron steed)
And still not having you
May soon destroy
What's left of my mind!
(Like I want one...so badddddd!
But I'm too broke, bloke!

WoW...as for gov't GPS
It would be less expensive for the gov't to pay people to SAY where they are going...
I use a locator to monitor my dtr's safety
and it takes TIME and patience.
If gov't wants to do it...they must hire 1000s of people or get volunteers like the border vidcam watchers.
