When you buy a new car can you pay your taxes with a credit card? |
Basically I'm wondering instead of financing my taxes in my monthly payment, can I pay the taxes with a credit card when I pick up my new tags at revenue....Thanks. The florida dmv only accepts check or cash , but like stated it could be different from state to state . good luck Call them. You can in some states, but it is state specific. DMV will know as well. Unless the credit card has interest rates lower than the car loan, paying your taxes with a credit card is a dumb idea. Why would you put the taxes on an 18% credit card when you can add them to a 9% car loan. |
