What kind of taxes are levied on a car purchased out of state and registered in Georgia?


I'm looking to buy a used car from an out of state dealership, then register and title it in Georgia.

Does Georgia levy a sales tax on the car when I title it in Gergia, PLUS the Ad Valorem tax? I'm confused...
