Is it fair that we should pay green taxes when it is down to the companies that produce the gases in the cars |
and other things or even help to reduce this its always down to us drivers to fork out when it is expensive in this world as it is money money does money help this problem where will the money end up not back in helping the problem But don't you fart in your own car too? You are also producing gasses in your car..hence pay up son. I think it is, we all have to pay a price for driving, especially people who have bigger cars.. The irony is I drive a Jaguar XJ sport and I beleive the emisions are lower than that of a ford escort. My only real beleive in this is that maybe it'll get them stupid middle class women in their chelsea tractors to buy more sensible vehicles than a X5 or something for the school run. These days it is up to everyone to do their research and buy the car that not only suits their life style but has the lower gases emissions, so yes, I think it is fair to charge green taxes, because those people who buy the cars on the "black list" could have chosen a different make or model. Yes very fair, but tax consumption (petrol) and not ownership (parking or Road Tax). My 3 litre car doesn't pollute when it's parked in the garage. Tax me when I use it, and I might use it less! The Government would tax the air we breathe if it could find a way of saying that this would reduce global warming so their profligacy would not come in to it! RoyS. no it not its another way of getting money out of you what the government needs to do is sort America and china out. china builds solid fuel power stations every 10 days so whats the point if the rest of the world is just carrying on as if nothings happening |
