I am under probationary career, i am titled to take a national insurance number? As long as you are British National you are entitled to an NIN however I wuld check with the Department for Social Security first. Not sure what you mean. I may be wrong but I thought anyone in this country who is working (legally) is given a national insurance number. Speak to your employer. I agree with Faith. If you are working legally or a Britsh Citizen and paying UK taxes and National Insurance you should have a NI number. Contact you local tax office to find out. I don't see how you can be working without a national insurance number. You usually receive one from the Social Department when you start work. Contact your local Department, address in Yellow Pages, and ask someone there to help you. |
