Just call the 800 number and ask them to send you the forms.

Also ask them to send you an "inforce illustration" that reflects any changes you plan on making to the policy. If you can't decide between two scenarios, have them send an inforce illustration to you on both options.

I would advise against making a significant change unless you knew the long-term impact it might have on your policy. It is cheaper to make the right decision now than to fix it later.

If you own a home and have some equity, you can pull some cash out and do anything you want to with the money.
You'll have to call the company to see what the surrender value is, or how much cash value there is, to borrow against it.

Then ask them to send you the paperwork.
