I have a loan from cash call, last month, that I can't afford to pay full amount.? |
Loan from Cash Call. I paid the payment for this month, however, if I do not get a job next month, could I send them what I do have to keep them from coming after me with a suit? I don't have any other outstanding bills, but I do not have any money either.......what do I do? First of all, never get a loan from cash places, especially if you don't have a steady source of income. Secondly, these places have very high interest rate but I understand about desperate times. Don't assume they'll "come after you" just for missing one payment. You really should communicate with them. Just call them up and explain the situation. Get the name of the person too. It's just common sense. The best thing you can do is call them and explain your situation. Since you are current they might be able to work out some plan for you temporarily. A lot of this would depend on your previous payment history, and how much is remaining. The worst thing you can do is just ignore it and hope they go away. I have them and it is hell!! try to pay the min, which is 216 a month.. if not they will be calling u like everyday and 3 to 6 times a day till u do.. I hate them... I can't wait to pay them off.. Cash Call is one of the worst of the predatory lenders. You can call and see if you can make an agreement, but knowing their history, it may not work. If you do get late, be prepared for some of the most hounding of collectors calling you several times daily. Find a way to get this paid off. If you had a job I'd say get another loan, but you don't, so that isn't a real option. Find a job, something, anything and get this behind you fast before it becomes a real nightmare. I wish I could be more cheerful, but... Cash call is not good . You call them and tell about your situation and if they start harashing you then consult with a debt consolidator for help. You will make some money and you caan call cash call let them know of you status also try to make an agreement with them in paying something a month. paying someting is better than notthing at all. you can go to the websites fix your credit or credit repair they have letters that you can print out and send to your creditors and loan company's in making an agreement to pay x amount each month until you find the job you want. Showing that you are trying and having proof will help you in the long run okay. Best of Luck to you Send them what you can, so your interest rate will lower. Meanwhile, don't answer your phone until you get a job. Also, check your contract to find out what happens when you fall behind. I think they tack on additional fees. |
