Who do I talk to about Chase Manhatten ruining my credit and my credit report by using not correct name?

Chase Manhatten using false addresses and name on my credit report and putting incorrect entries on my credit report the 3 credit outlets do nothing but refer me back to the Chase manhatten for correction

Your problem is fairly easy to solve, by you MUST follow a specific procedure.

Any letters you send MUST be sent by certified mail/return receipt.

Get a copy of your credit report (I assume you already have it) from http://www.annualcreditreport.com...

Send a dispute letter to the credit bureau listing every incorrect item (see below for sample letters).

Send a demand to validate letter to the creditor who is listing this to your report.

After 30 days, if this has not been resolved, send another letter to the credit bureau. Include a copy of the validation letter you sent to the creditor and state that they have not contacted you, or validated this debt.

If they still do not remove these incorrect items, you have now fulfilled the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and you can sue the creditor (and the credit bureau) for $1000 for posting incorrect or unvalidated information to your credit report. This is a simple small claims suit. You do not need a lawyer.

How to file a lawsuit
you need to dispute the information on your credit report directly with the credit reporting agencies. equifax, trans union and experian. each agency could have different information on your credit report so you need to request one from each of them. go through them carefully and dispute any and all incorrect information.
If they have validated incorrect information you can sue them.
Are you talking about incorrect inquiries or accounts? I had 2 accounts with Chase on my credit along with several other accounts that aren't mine. I am in the process of disputing them now. I have found that hassling with the creditors themselves is a waste of time. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com and get your free credit report from each reporting agency. Then, you can go straight to Experian.com, Equifax.com and Transunion.com and dispute them. You have to have the credit reports to do this. Each report will have a report number that you will use to start your dispute..You need to dispute with all 3 of them, because they don't always report the results of their investigation to each other. The fastest way to do it is on line as opposed to doing it by mail or phone. They have 30 days to investigate and you can go to the websites and check the status any time you want to....If the creditor doesn't respond after 30 days, the account will be deleted from your credit report. If the creditor believes the account is valid, then it just stays on your credit, or the creditor may realize that the account was reported i error and have it deleted from your credit. In my case, Chase responded w/in the first week of my disputes and the accounts are both going to be deleted, so it appears they act pretty quickly. I wish the other creditors were as fast.
