Should we offer Tax incentives for people to have Less Children?

Should the Govt. offer tax incentives for couples who have 2 or less children? A sliding scale, a bigger tax break for those who have 0, and less for those who have 2, and none for anyone who has more than 2.

I've always found it to be unfair that someone like me who is single and childless, works full time and has to pay 100% of my bills by myself is taxed the heaviest and qualifies for no assistance (not that I would use it anyway) when some people with kids suck the life out of the system. I say its high time that we benefit from some kind of reward.number one reason is that in fifty years white in america will be a minority,immigrants tend to have more kids,the same is happening in europe where couple are now paid to HAVE kids.
No, What we need to do is dump the current tax code for either a "Flat tax" or "Fair tax". Under the current system everyone is taxed then taxed again and again, then when you die, your taxed again. Taxes should only be used for what is in the "Constitution" nothing more nothing less, and definitely not for Social engineering.
Yes I think so. I am so tired of the way our taxes are set up. They hurt a single person with no dependents and then make that person turn around and support a family with 5 kids that wont work.
