Sorry yes if your support is still in arrears they can take whatever it takes to put your support up to date.
yes sir......so long as u are in arreaers all ur income tax and investment profits in your soc # will be taken to satisfy your debt..... child support took my interest on my CD along with the CD when it matured...so watch out man
If you owe back support then yes they can still take your income tax refund. The two month relief only applies to current support.
