What payments are expected for child support for someone in a rehab program that also works without paying tax

Father is in an out patient rehab program, but works full time without any taxes taken out. What is the child entitled to.

If he works full time and receive compensation commensurate with his abilities then he would be required by law to pay a percentage of his earnings towards the support of his children. It isn't as though he is an out of work drug addict.
The amount will be based on the State, County, and City in which you reside. You can usually get information through the City District Attorney office.
Just the person I want to be my baby daddy.
That is ENTIRELY up to the judge handling your case.
Good luck! My cousin was in a similar situation and in 5 years has received 5 payments.
Whatever was ordered by the Judge? the liable party is responsible for the payment ,job or no job!!
all i can say is - my ex claimed he did not work (he did under the table) and all he was ordered to pay was $15.00 a week - which he didn't pay - - but, i think it depends on the state and judge.
