ok me and my boyfriend are together but when my son was born i didn't put him on child support cuz im younger and hes older then me i did that for being scared that he would go to jail for the fact hes older well ok hes not paying child support but hes taking care of me and my son he put our son in his taxes could anything bad happen

no nothin bad can happen!! that is what he is suppose to do! as long as he takes care of you both..there is nothing to worry about! the only bad thing that could happen is if you claim your son also...when filing for taxes...is that they will flag both of you and investigate!
