When will i recieve my exs taxes for back child support? it depends. Does your ex pay you through the DA? If so and they owe the state, they may keep it for payment to them, if you were paid, through the state earlier. If not, it takes about 6-8 weeks after the IRS processes his return and has sent it to the offsets department end then to the DA and then finally to you. Contact them to see if they have received it yet and when will they be distributing it to you. I got $1,200 of my ex's income tax last year for back payments...its sooo cool!!
