Enter your social security number and it will tell you if you will be offset this year and by who. it will go to child support enforcement and sent to the wifey the child support will go to the wife the taxes go to IRS taxes first.............. The IRS will take your taxes and the reason why I know this one is because I owe in back child support from the state and they took my taxes to pay what I owe. If you don't get your refund back, they will send you a letter telling you that they took your taxes to pay the child support off. The rest may go to her depending on what the IRS take out. Personal Child support always gets paid off before back taxes. |
