How do I get my tax money , drivers liscence, and children back? |
cps wronfully removed my children, da revoked my liscence , federal foster care garnished my tax return, how can i take legal steps to obtain my us citizen rights to have my belongings back? im not seeing where youve been wronged. it sounds to me like the govt is doing what we ask it to do as a community. Firstly I would learn how to write in English. This is an answer that cannot be done here. You need an attorney. I hate to be mean, but we are only getting one side of it. If your children were removed for neglect or abuse, did you fail to pay support and your license was revoked, and if your children are in Foster care you would pay towards that care. These are all valid reasons for the actions that were taken (if any of that is the case) In Summary... you need an attorney. I agree with some of the others here.. Sounds like you were not doing you job as a parent very good. All they have done to you is legal.. If you really want your kids back you need to find out what the court is ordering you to do and do it and more.. Other than getting the kids back, you will not get any money back. |
