Is my children's primary school education a tax-deductible expense?

Is my children's primary school education a tax-deductible expense?

Unless the child is attending the school because of a disability of some sort, no. Source(s): http://www.ldaamerica.org/aboutld/parent...
no.
You could always try and hope you
won't be audited. The problem is
they give you a tax break for your
children, so you might have a problem
explaining why you should have 2
deductions. Good luck.
