| *Loan,banking and credit>>>child tax |
If i my husband has a child support case filed, when he does taxes will they find him? |
even if we do we both do taxes together? They will find him. What you can do is file an Injured Spouse (Form 8379) and they will prorate the return between the 2 of you and just take the portion of the return attributed to him and give you the refund attributed to you. Source(s): http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8379.pdf... even tough child support dosent know his ss# they will still find him?? Are you sure they don't know his SSN? When the judgment was placed against him in court they would have had his SSN. Yes they will. And if he has a debt with the child support agency then any tax that he gets back will go to child support. My ex hasn't done his taxes for the last 3 years for this very reason. |
