If i don't work and my boyfriend supports me and our child can he claim both of us on his taxes and recieve mo He just has to file as head of household, as long as you are living together. And yes he can claim you both. No. Not unless you are related. i'm sure he can, I was at one point in that situation...we weren't married...if you want to know more you can talk to pple who does your taxes..any info they'll tell you...good luck w that Yes. personal experience. I claim head of household, am not married, and support my gf and our kids 51% or more. Yes he can, so long as you lived with him the entire year last year. And as long as the child is biologically his, he can claim your child. Hello, As to claiming both of you. He can claim the child no doubt, and since the child is his, he would qualify for HOH (as long as all other requirements are met). Whether he can claim you or not depends on your local law. According to the IRS he can claim you as long as it does not break any local law. (there are some crazy local laws!) Let me know if you have any more questions.. it can be a bit tricky.. but not impossible. |
