My ex is behind on child support how do i find out if he filed his taxes?

There should be a lien by the Child Support authority of your State on his tax return(s). Some are better than others. If you have his social security number pass it along to the CS agency.

I don't know what state you live in but The state will take it from him. Theres no way he can get around it unless your lawyer and your child support system sucks to high heaven.
If your child support is court ordered and your ex was entitled to a refund, the state will automatically intercept his refund and give it to you. You don't have to do anything about it. I don't really know if there is a way to find out if he filed though. Sorry. Did you try asking him?
Your state should have an office that tracks down this information and garnishes his wages.
You can't find out if he filed his taxes, or if he has a refund coming. But ask whatever local agency handles child support in your area to file the proper paperwork to have his refund, if he has one, taken for the overdue support.
