Does anyone know how a Tax Warrant is enforced from the State Child Support Enforment System in New York St?

Most support agencies are on statewide systems that automatically submit for tax returns of deliquent payers. The IRS computer will then check against these submissions and if there is a lien on it they will send the refund, if it exists, to the support agency.

Of course you could contact the local agency to get specifics for your case too.
