Between the following 6 banks, which one will be the fastest in processing my stafford college loan: Chase, CollegeInvest, Citibank, US bank, ASAP Union Bank and Trust. Thanks for your time guys.

It's not a question of the bank's speed - it's the speed of your school's financial aid office that governs how quickly a Stafford Loan is funded.
