Do you regret getting college loans?

So I am going to start college next year. I am debating between two schools, the big difference between them is the cost. I am wondering if you regret getting loans for college? If not , are they amanagebale? Any experiences or stories are greatly apperciated.

I dont regret it...The school you go to makes a difference. I had a full ride to a couple in state schools but choose a school thats 40k a yr, although i did get half scholarship...Now im going back to law school after taking a year off which costs about 50 grand a year...However, the salary I could make coming out of law school is in the six figures my first year out while summer internships can range up to 30 thousand....After 3-5 years of budgeting right I could have everything paid off while still having fun and enjoying life

All i can say with whatever you choose is to get the best grades possible....Its easy to get distracted with parties, girls/guys, etc...Just make sure you keep your grades as your number one priority and you'll do fine---even if you have to take out loans

if you can afford to pay for college without loans, go for it...otherwise its not a big deal, once you are out consolidate them with one company one time and tell all the other companies to not call you anymore...thats whats annoying.
Look at what you are planning to do in your future. Is the field you're going into make good money? Is the value of the course programs that different between schools?

I have my MBA, but deeply regret it and the loans I had to take out to get it. The payments are outrageously high for what I do. I realize it was all my choice, and I chose dead wrong. My credit is destroyed because of it and I've been told that federal loan issues stay on your credit forever, not 7 years like everything else. So, because I wanted to go to school so bad, I will probably never own a home or a car, unless I have the money in the bank.

Just think about your future. No prospective employer is going to care what school you went to, but they will be looking to see if you have that degree.

Be smart. Why borrow money you don't need. Good luck to you.
