Any suggestions on how to get a loan for college without cosigner? Some colleges do an alternative funding; meaning you get a co-signer that you know will fail also it somehow makes you eligible for that. ITT is one. It depends on how much you would like to loan. Unless you have already established excellent credit (which is unlikely) then it will be nearly impossible to get a loan for any significant amount of money without paying an outrageous interest rate. I took student loans out for college and needed a co-signer even though I had a FICO score in the mid 700's. |
