I have bad credit but I need a loan for college? |
i have bad credit, but right now i'm trying to do better for me and my daughter so im going to college, I need to get matterials for school like a (laptop) so i don't have that kind of money. I try to do couple Bad Credit LOans and they still turn me off so what can i do? Go to sallemae.com. They handle most educational loans. You should also apply for Pell grants. Talk to the financial aid office at the college you want to attend (they all have one) and they can help you out. huh, good luck. what about a grant? You should still be able to get student loans with your bad credit. Just fill out the FAFSA form and turn it in to your college. What you do is max out your loans so you can get a refund check. I have terrible credit, but was able to get a student loan thru the financial aide office at the college. You should be able too, unless you have had one in the past & are on academic probation or something...have you talked to them?
