What type of loan would you recommend to someone who doesn't qualify for financial aid for college?

I will be attending Florida State in the fall, and i need a loan to pay for rent, tuition, books and everything else. Is there a good company that lends money without the super high interests?

well besides the Stafford loan?
most major companies don't have that high interest rates, and you don't have to pay until you graduate...
but the factors of that are if you have SUBstantial credit or a cosigner(that has good to excellent credit)
you should gather a list of good lenders with good history and compare their rates advertised
If you believe that you do not qualify for need-based financial aid because of income, I would still recommend filing the FAFSA to qualify for federal student loans. The Unsubsidized Stafford Loan is available to all FAFSA filers, regardless of financial need. Right now, the interest rate on Federal Stafford Loans is 6.8%. (Congress is trying to pass a resolution to cut this in half, too.) Those loans generally have the lowest interest rates.

If you do not qualify for other reasons, then it is best to contact local, reputable banks and compare their interest rates. While shopping around can be tough, you know you can trust the company to get the funds to the school on time. You may also want to look into whether or not the lender has online payment, interest rate discounts for on-time payments, or any other special features.
Me- I have been working in financial aid for over 1 year.
