I would like to get a jumpstart on a new position by studying coursework on commercial loan processing. Many of the online sites cost quite a bit and the library locally doesn't have much to offer in the way of resources.

These days most of that kind of information is pretty specific tot the software being used by the bank/financial organisation. You're better off waiting, you don't want to waste your time on irrelevant formulas and procedures.
