Could Loan Consolidation effect eligibility for Deferment?

Student loan (rather large), unconsolidated, approaching end of grace period.

If you are currently attending school yes what you need to do is read the terms and agreements BEFORE you agree and sign your name.... and make sure that those low payment terms don't balloon to a larger sum every year..

Actually reading the terms and didn't agree with it...
