Where can i find an apartment that doesnt run a credit check?

Good luck....my husband and I had to find something. There are some places that if you pay them 200.00 or more, they will find you a place ....however these places sometimes are full of bad places and scams. We are now doing a lease to own option....we needed a large amount down, but they didnt d a credit check.

I think it a conspiracy to add to the number of homeless. Gives people a better chance of getting donations for easy living to tell people how many homeless there are.

No one is going to depend on you to pay them rent without checking your payment history first, unless they have no other choice because none of their renters have good payment history.

The section you really dont want to live in.

You could also try a neighborhood rehab non-profit agency... but they too will put you in the shady part of town.

You are better off putting down a large deposit on a good place.
