Can anyone recomend one? I need one that will issue me a certificate before i file for bankruptcy. I'd like to take it online. Go to the website for the Bankruptcy Court in your District. For example, I am in the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division. On their website they will provide a list of approved counseling agencies where you can get your Certificate of Credit Counseling. It should also tell you how the course is offered.
