You cal also check out the better business bureau to check and see if they have any complaints against them. Try Hoover's...Its a pay site but sometimes you get a frreebie go to bbb.org get the adress and zip code of the company and see if they r a member if not don't fool with them Credit counseling sites are good as they contain a lot of information. If you need such counseling search the web and get as much information you can. This way you can see the errors in your ways and deal with them.
