I am looking for The SOL on Credit cards debts in NC.?


I am looking for The SOL on Credit cards debts in NC. I know it is 3 years. Where is it in the NC Gen Statutes?
I have looked forever. Thanks!!!

NC SOL statute

搂1-52.
Within three years an action -

(1) Upon a contract, obligation or liability arising out of a contract, express or implied, except those mentioned in the preceding sections or in G.S. 1- 53(1).
SOL's only apply to criminal acts. You can't find it because it's not there. NO SOL ON DEBT. If you read the previous poster's rule there is an exception for consumer debt. How else would there be car loans or mortgages longer than 3 years?
