If I get a business unsecured line of credit from a bank will it show up on my personal or business credit.?

That would depend on if the bank required a personal Guarantee. If they did then there is a good chance that you will get at least an hard pull on your personal credit and possibly as an actual personal credit line depending on the reporting policy of the lender.

If no PG is required then it would show only on your business credit and then only if that company happens to report to either D&B or Experian. Most companies don't.

I think it will show on your bussiness credit,not sure of my answer but that is something my logic says..
