Can you order a cell phone on line without a credit card? You might be able to if you have really good credit or a functioning paypal account with funds from a checking or savings account. Writing an electronic check might also be a smart alternative. People always seem to forget that nowadays there are such things as pre-paid credit cards which can be used to do all sorts of things online. These are a great alternative to regular credit cards because they don't require a credit check to obtain them, and they can be re-charged just like a phone card. IF you have access to a Western Union money transferring service kiosk, they can tell you more about this option. If not, you can check them out online. Oh! And, if you have a debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo, you could always use that, too. Cheers.
