Does dropping the land line and just using a cell phone affect your credit rating? It won't if you have a Work phone as well- but some Credit B, think this is a way to dodge creditors, so be careful. Not really !! No. No, i do not believe this to be relevant to your credit score. Not if you were paid up, when you canceled your land line. However, if you still owed money or had a pending contract and did not pay the penalty bill to get out, then, yes, the credit score will go up. No. Not unless you dont pay any outstanding amounts for your land line that you have dropped. I don't believe it affects your credit score, as long as you have kept your billing and payments up to date. No. If you had dropped the land line in the proper manner as per the policies of the service provider. |
