I need to accept credit cards for sales. What is the cheapest & quickest and on line? |
I am a merchant and I have reached the limit the company I am with allows me to accept in a month as payment. I need to open an account now to be able to process the next couple of days of sales. I need to be able to accept about $15,000 a month total. Have you tried Costco. They have a Group Credit Card Company. We had lots of problem with Visa to the point where we didn't even accept Visa. But then Costco have different plans for their executive card holders. Talk to your bank. Any company that limits the amount of sales you do, or the income level, is not someone you want to do business with. Drop them immediately. Take a look at Paypal - the business account allows you to bill and accept credit card payment. And the account can be set up very quickly. www.paypal.com get a Pay Pal merchant account. Opening it is free, and you can accept unlimited funds thru it for a percentage of each purchase, which the higher amount of money you have go thru it per month the cheaper the fees are. It also give you free tools like a shopping cart to use on your site for the ease of your customers. it allows you t take all major credit carde as well as e-check for their convinance. Clickbank is probably best. It costs only $50.00 to set up an account of the type you're thinking. Its only for digital goods, however. http://ticktock29.reseller.hop.clickbank...
