How do I repair bad credit with a score lower than 300?

I need to delete some court records, charge-off and numerous inquries

You can't really "delete" records. Services that claim to "fix" your credit are either doing things you could do yourself (like argue with creditors over late notes, arrange to close out charge-offs, etc) or doing something illegal (bribing creditors to ignore a late payment).

The inquiries shouldn't impact you as much.

Below 300 is a bad score, one that includes numerous delinquent and charged-off accounts and reflects a pattern of not paying bills on time. The only way to boost this sort of score is to entirely change your payment patterns.

Let's start with that. Have you gone through a layoff, divorce, serious illness, etc. that would have left you crunched for cash and in a position where paying down bills was not feasible? Was there a bankruptcy? You can add these to your credit report as a personal statement. It won't boost your score, but will help explain it.

Second, watch your use of credit very very carefully. Pay off any old charge-offs that still appear. But don't call up charge-offs that aren't still on your report - these would then reappear and drag your score down further. Set up payment arrangements with your current creditors and pay down your debts consistently. Note consistently, not rapidly, because you want to prove you are reliable with your debts, not necessarily expedient, and it is better to pay a little more in interest each month than to have your cash flow crimped to where you miss a payment.

Finally, time will help. As the calendar flips, old credit dings will fall away. This is really the only way to boost your score.

There's no quick solutions. That's just how the system works.
I would just go ahead and kill myself.
start by calling every co. you owe money to and then setting some type of payment plan with them
First, you don't get to delete anything. Your charge offs, and judgments will fall off 7 years after the last date they are reported. You need to decide if you are really serious about fixing this cause it is going to cost ya.
You can make arrangements to start paying on your charge offs, you can try to get a sub prime auto loan, on time payments to that will increase your score more than revolving or credit card accounts. Good luck.
First never give up and do not consolidate. Google for help in the area of bad credit. Do lots of research and it will work out in the end. My friend has got her score from 444 to over 550 in 4 months with a private company (revitalizedcredit) that writes the credit bureaus and disputes the information. You should find one in your state too (I am in TX). Good Luck.

Takes some time.

1. Take care of settling any existing debts.

2. If you can't get a creditcard, try to get a gas card to start building good credit.
