Figure out a written budget every month and stick to it. You need to deal with the cause of your over-spending - that's the only way to truly fix the debt problem. y would u get a loan to pay one debt and just create anotehr thats a stupid idea citi bank is a great ank to get a loan from to pay off debt, and to build your credit from also. Good luck uhm, allstate? don't listen to the people who said its a stupid idea to get a loan. it is actually very smart to pay off all oustanding debt that would put your credit on the chopping block. Citi financial is a great loan office also you may be able to see if your bank can help you out or at least refer you to another loan office. good luck. First, call your creditors and set up a payment plan for the smaller ones. Many people have small debts - $150 here, $90 there - that they can just knock out right off without having to pay to finance that money. Loan consolidation places can be a nightmare and dig you in further. The only place I would feel comfortable working with is an actual bank or credit union. |
